Hi.
I'm writing because I know I should, not because I have anything to say. The problem is that I always think of great things that y'all would love to know, but forget them before I log on. I'll have to start jotting them down.
I just got back from picking up AGW from school. Today they planted seeds and used stamps to make crafts. When AGW got to school she went to her teacher, gave her a hug, and whispered that she missed her. What a sweet girl. Now we are sitting beside each other on the big chair. AGW is eating gold fish and watching her new favorite show on PBS. HLW is asleep in his car seat in my bedroom. Carey is at work, of course.
We enjoyed several days of beautiful weather and I was convinced that Spring was here to stay until a cold front rolled in last night bring SNOW FLURRIES with it!!! YUCK. I even cleaned out my flower beds and started planting because I was so eager to be done with the cold. I guess I jinxed us.
Hayes is continuing to grow too fast :( He melts my heart with his smile and is still a Momma's boy. The sleep situation is...still a situation. I'll just leave it at that.
Aisley makes me laugh hysterically every day. She says the funniest things these days. When the weather was nice, she loved exploring outside again. She is much happier when she can get rid of some energy outside :)
Carey is on Vascular (I think). He goes in at the same time as usual and gets off between 6 and 9. He's not too impressed and pretty bored. He considering taking United States Medical Licensing Exam Step 3 very soon. This exam will give him the license he will need to moonlight while doing research his 3rd year. He will be in the lab his 3rd and 4th years working on research that will be published in medical journals and help him get into a fellowship after residency. These years are also a great opportunity to make some extra money by moonlighting when he has a chance. We have lots of home improvement project that will be a necessity by the time his research years roll around, so we're glad to get this exam out of the way and ensure that we can make some money.
I am slowly building up to 13.1 miles for my half marathon in May. Not easy to do with these babies, but they love to go with me in the double jogger so we get in runs as often as possible.
That's all I have to now. Pictures soon!
